The Dangers of Aspartame

What is Aspartame?

Aspartame is an artificial, non-saccharide sweetener used as a sugar substitute in some foods and carbonated beverages. It’s codified as E951 in the E.U. Aspartame is, by far, the Most Dangerous Substance on the market that is added to foods. Companies like NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, and Equal-Measure.

It causes headaches, migraines, seizures, fatigue, muscle spasms, vision problems, hearing loss, heart palpitations, anxiety attacks, tinnitus, vertigo, memory loss, joint pain, weight gain, depression, rashes.

According to researches and physicians studying the adverse effects of aspartame…the following chronic illnesses can be triggered or worsened, such as:

Brain tumours, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, cancer, chronic fatigue syndrome, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s, mental retardation, lymphoma, birth defects, fibromyalgia and diabetes.

It is a chemical poison. It kills brain cells. Many experts have spoken out about the dangers caused by aspartame.

Aspartame is found in sweeteners, diet drinks, such as Coca Cola and over 6000 processed food products…also found in chewing gum, many yoghurts, cold and frozen desserts, children’s vitamins and other pharmaceutical products.

In 1986 California U.S.A, required by law for manufactures to add warning labels on food and drink products that are found to contain aspartame, stating that it can cause cancer. Called ‘Proposition 65’. So always check your labels.
